We are now home in Australia again after our tour of India. Thank you for the part you played in our trip – the car and driver and all arrangements for our trip to Nainital and Corbett Park and back to Delhi.

You may be interested in some feedback from us, because we are certainly interested in contacting you if we come to India again – as we almost certainly will.

Firstly, we were really pleased with our driver, Ram, who was a safe and resourceful driver, and a delightful person. He was quiet and helpful and always willing to do as much for us as he could. He took us to “local” restaurants as we asked him to – we had had enough of tourist places on our 21 day tour.

Country Inn Tree Tops, There were not many people staying in the hotel, so they had upgraded us to two suites- absolutely beautiful and spacious rooms. Again dinner was scheduled for 8:30, but because there were few people in the hotel they put it on at 7:30 to suit us. The meals and the service were a highlight of our stay there. The staff went out of their way to please us in everything – food, organizing our safaris, service, everything was fantastic. Any of your clients would be impressed with this hotel.

The car was good for the trip, especially with the roof-rack, and all went smoothly, as you had assured us it would.

All in all it was a wonderful part of our trip and we would like to use you again if you are willing to help us.

The tour was very well thought out and interesting and all the pick-up arrangements worked out well. Guides were generally helpful and friendly, especially Sangem in Varanasi.

Drivers were good - particuarly Shri and Lakan. Shri made a huge effort to ensure that I got the most out of my tour and I am grateful to him for that.

Hotel in Jaipur was excellent and hotel in Varanasi good. Good service in Khajurao and same in Delhi.

Solar eclipse tour was fantastic!

Namaste  and greetings from Australia!

We have been home in Australia for over a week now, and as I promised, I am sending you some feedback on our trip.

Everything went well, after our months of planning and communications. The driver and car were excellent. Sampath was a safe and careful driver, who was very proud of his car, and would not risk it in any way.

The hotels you booked for us were terrific, a good standard and always well located. We all loved the Jungle Inn especially. We were lucky being there mid-week, when there were very few other people there. The staff went out of their way to please us, and the resort was a very pleasant place to stay.

The hotels at Ooty and Madurai were central and very comfortable. The Madurai Residency was only a few minutes walk from the temples, which were amazing, and well worth the trip.

The Hotel Velan at Coonoor was the only one that I would not recommend you to use again. It is a lovely building in a beautiful location, with fantastic views, but the place is very run-down. Our rooms were damp and musty, with very poor bathrooms. There was a problem with our booking there, which I am sure was the fault of the hotel management, seeing how badly the place was run. The one person who was making an effort was the chef - he really took pride in his meals, and came out to see if we enjoyed them. We did!

But this is not a complaint. We were very happy with all the arrangements you made for us, and the itinerary which we discussed in many emails, turned out to be perfect. We had a variety of experiences, and saw many different places. 

You interpreted my requests well, as we travelled the way we like to - at a local level, but still in comfort. 

I will certainly continue to recommend you to anyone I know who is going to India, and I hope that we will return soon, to see another part of your Incredible India.
